Bel Marin Keys Neighborhood Alliance is a group of concerned neighbors working in conjunction with the CSD to develop and implement a long-range plan for continued funding to preserve our precious waterway infrastructure for the next 20 years.
Where we’ve been
In 2002, Bond “Measure E & F” passed to fund the BMK waterway infrastructure which includes the lagoons, locks, levees, creek, park, and community center.
Over the past 20+ years, 100% of $10M in Bond funding supported the necessary projects to maintain and improve our waterways and water quality.
Countless projects were completed on schedule and on budget.
Where we are now
The Bond Measure supporting our waterway infrastructure expired in 2022.
The BMK Neighborhood Alliance is uniting to continue funding via a Measure G - Parcel Tax on the March 5, 2024 Ballot.
If funding is not secured, our unique waterfront community will no longer exist as it is.
